Reminder: Fall Parent/Teacher Conferences

Trunk or Treat Reminders

Thank you to everyone who is registered to participate in the SJS/SBS Trunk or Treat/Fall Festival on Saturday.  Please remember this event is being held at St. Bartholomew Church (located at 45 Ludlow Rd, Manchester).

As a reminder, families did have to PRE-REGISTER by last week for this event (and pay the $20 fee to the office or register to decorate a trunk).  We will NOT be accommodating walk-ins the day of the event as prizes and candy have now been purchased for a certain quantity of children.  Thank you for your understanding!

Those decorating trunks should arrive between 12:30pm – 12:40pm; A separate informational email was already sent to these families.

All those that have signed up and paid the $20 fee to participate, please arrive NO EARLIER than 1:00pm.  Please be sure your child/ren bring a bag for collecting candy/treats.  Families may park on either Ludlow Road (both sides) or Dale Road.  Or, if you prefer, there is parking in the municipal lot across the street from the church.

We will have a check-in table at both entrances of the St. Bartholomew parking lot.  Please be sure to check in at either entrance; When you check in students (and younger siblings) will get a special sticker to wear on their costume so that they can participate in trunk or treat and the other fun activities.

The Highland Park Market Food Truck will be on site for families that would like to purchase warm food or cold beverages during the event.

Please direct any questions HSA@SaintJamesSchool.net.

The weather looks beautiful for tomorrow!  We are looking forward to a great event!
