Parish Affiliation Forms Due Monday

As a reminder for our Kindergarten – 8th grade families:

In order to receive the Catholic Parishioner tuition rate, the required 2025-2026 Parish Affiliation Form is due to the SJS office by this coming Monday, June 30th.  Please remember, as noted in our ’25-’26 registration paperwork, a new parish affiliation form must be submitted each year in order to receive the Catholic rate.
