MPD Training Notice

During the months of January and February, Saint James School will be participating in a department-wide training initiative with the Manchester Police Department. The purpose of this training is to ensure that every Manchester police officer is familiar with the interior and exterior layouts of all school buildings in town, enhancing their ability to respond quickly to both emergency and routine calls.  The first visit for SJS is expected to take place tomorrow, January 8th.

These visits will be brief (approximately 10–15 minutes) and should not disrupt classroom learning. Officers will be visiting in groups, so please do not be alarmed if you notice several police vehicles parked in front of the school.  As always, in the event of an emergency, families will receive communication directly from the school.
