In honor of Read Across America and Dr. Seuss’ birthday, this week Mrs. Tierney is kicking off our annual Hats Off to Reading contest for the Kindergarten through 8th grade classes. You can watch a fun video Mrs. Tierney and her guest librarian/gala auction winner put together HERE.
Reading logs will be passed out in library this week & details on the contest will be discussed. The grade with the most minutes read during the month of March will win a special gift.
Extra reading logs are available in the library, from the classroom teachers, and you will find a link below. If you have any questions on the contest, please e-mail Mrs. Tierney at jtierney@saintjamesschool.net. The contest runs through the end of the month. Good luck Sabers!
Our Pre-K classes are also celebrating this week with fun-themed days. Today was crazy hat/crazy hair day!
