The new FACTS MFA should now be in effect for all family accounts.  Next time you log in to your FACTS account, you will be promoted to:

*Change your password and possibly update your username.

* Set up two security recovery questions.  At your convenience, please log in and go through the updates. If you are having issues, please reply to this email.
